Founded in 1989 by Andy and Donna Carron Gross. Andy has 13 years experience
as an operations executive in manufacturing managing his own business and has
20 years experience as an executive/professional recruiter. He has an MBA in finance
from the University of Hartford and is a Certified Personnel Consultant. Donna was
a corporate human resources manager responsible for 12 manufacturing divisions
located throughout the U.S and has 17 years as an executive in the staffing industry.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the University of
Connecticut where she graduated with honors.
